Biography - Eduard Schenkel

Eduard is working since over 20 years within the area of Customer Relations. He has covered all related areas, from Call Centres, Coaching, Training, Performance, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, CRM, Outsourcing and Change Management and so on.
He was working for 17 years within one of the big international Swiss banks, Credit Suisse. There he was involved in all the big efficiency projects; he was responsible for behaviour-trainings and acted as management trainer. He also builds up the first 24 hours Telephone Bank in Switzerland and he managed a retail department within a branch.
After these 17 challenging years he obtained his helicopter licence in California.
1999 he joined the growing Telco business (Orange Communication) for 7 years. There he builds up the Customer Relations department. He took on responsibility for customer satisfaction together with more than 700 employees within three call centres (multi-lingual), including retention, mail centre and services (projects, processes and systems).
Then he builds up the department Change Management. Developing a new Customer Relations strategy, self-care and outsourcing were the biggest challenges.
Since 2005 he is running his own business. Consulting in all areas within Customer Relations, management of time and coaching are the three main areas he is offering.
